About this studio

TRIBE is for strength training for joiners and passionate comrades, an all-are-welcome studio whose members live for the buzz that only a shared exercise experience can provide. Their culture is open to anyone who wants a serious total-body challenge and the chance to face it head on with a group of like-minded people. TRIBE specializes in full-body strength training, quality movements at a constant pace. You'll use spring tension, kettlebells and body weight exercises, all designed to strengthen your whole body including your core, while keeping your heart rate high. You will get strong, and lean! How to prepare

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class so we have time to set you up for success. We want you to have a great, effective workout. Grip socks are highly recommended for Reformer classes (available for purchase). We provide hand towels, fruit, and cold, filtered water available (bring your water bottle)!. Mats are provided. PLEASE come early. These classes fill up, so after 7 minutes of class start, we may have to give your spot to someone waiting. If you're stuck in traffic, we definitely understand, but please give us a call.

Power Reformer with Susan
I usually love this class, but there was something off today- the instruction was not as easy to follow and the exercises were too involved. It seemed like unnecessary complications. I still got a great workout in though!

This is my first time with Ashley. I like the variety / difference she brings. All the instructors for this class has been challenging, watched for correct form, and good at providing alternatives if needed.

Come with a lot of energy. No breaks, constant movement. It was my first time so I got lost during the routine at times but I still left feeling worn out.
Power Reformer with Heather
Not really a pilates reformer class. This is more like a Lagree class with lots of focus on beach muscles. I suppose it’s great if you’re going to the beach sometime soon.

What is ClassPass?
