I really enjoy it because I can challenge myself and make myself work for it! And FYI to other clients, the heat is definitely hotter than advertised, the last 4 times I’ve gone it’s been over 100 degrees so be ready to sweat!

Cycle room was hard to find so make sure you show up early. The front desk helped give me directions. Bring a lock for the lockers.
