Lower Body Circuit
see all reviewsGreat circuit! It can be overwhelming if it’s your first time but it’s pretty straightforward. Just follow the workout on the TV the you move/rotate after the timer. The trainer is also walking around checking form and ensuring you’re doing it right. They do a demonstration of the workout in the beginning.

see all reviewsSuper nice studio space! Well maintained reformers. Instructor was very welcoming but if you’re a beginner you may struggle - cues were called with no directions/demo, I had to watch my neighbors a lot. Overall great class for an intermediate student, I would come again!

see all reviewsExcellent class! Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. Class was fun too. The group is small which makes it easier to take space and experiment with advanced poses. I would like to make it a regular class.

see all reviewsThis was my first group Fitness experience of any kind. I’ve never done weight training other than following YouTube videos at home. Every single thing I did in that class was new to me, but it was all so easy to understand and Kellen’s coaching was so thorough and I felt like he was asking all the right questions trying to really understand what I want to get out of the workout. I really like that it’s not just a workout it’s basically a personal training session. I will for sure be coming back here and telling my friends about this place!

see all reviewsShe is a great instructor with great classes! She brings amazing energy to class on a Sunday morning! Her playlists are always so good, the flow feels intentional, and she does an amazing job cueing movements so you feel challenged but still successful. I always leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and in a noticeably better mood (and SWEATY). Happy to have found such a great way to start my Sundays!

see all reviewsI love Lucy’s classes! I had hip surgery not long ago, and ever since surgery I try to attend 1 of Lucy’s classes a week. I’ve had no issues with pain and she always gives modification options on movements which I appreciate since my hips aren’t very flexible. I’ve done several classes at CorePower that are way too rushed and cardio driven, where you feel like you can never catch up and when you do, they are already onto the next movement, however Lucy is the perfect level of cardio and weight sculpting. She gives plenty of opportunity for breaks and less challenging movements to lower your heart rate throughout class. Highly recommend!

see all reviewsI really enjoyed the pace of the class, it was just what I needed to start my weekend. The room was quite chilly though, so I would recommend coming in layers. There was a fan or something that was on for the first portion of class and it was hard to hear, but Mikaela walked around while giving instructions then, which helped with the noise.
