Not sure if the instructor meant to be funny but came across as pretty rude. Not too welcoming for new people.
Flow & Restore with Katrina
They packed 14 people into a space that holds 10. I was pressed against a wall with no room to move. Far from an effective experience. The ONLY reason I’m giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the instructor is great. Flow Fitness SLU really needs to limit this class to 10 people max. They’re located in the middle of a loud gym that doesn’t have a decent barrier. It’s a sliding glass door with a big gap. Ugh.

Ana is such a great instructor! I love that she sticks to what she knows and the music she likes, it feels authentic and not rushed which is great for someone like me Who does not usually do weightlifting.

my only down side is that the studio is a bit dark, loud from outside and theres no window

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
