How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle, your own bath towel for the showers and a padlock to secure your personal belongings. Free hand towels are available and bath towels are $1 per use.

There is street parking near the gym, Fremont Health Club is located on the second floor in the St. James Tower.

Love the short length!
Yoga: Power Flow with Asia
The room was freezing, there was no actual heat only 2 small space heaters that did nothing. Had to wear a sweatshirt the whole time. Also, sound system non-functional. Yoga flow was pretty good otherwise.

Jenny’s class was AWESOME! I’m still sore (2 days later;)

Jill is great! I like the mix on the moves.

Loved it! Great instructor and easy to pick up excercises that were challenging. Definitely work up a sweat!

I really enjoyed this class! Jennifer is an energetic instructor with great music. She challenges you with some of the poses which I like, but also allows for a timely relaxin stretch. The parking around is horrible and the room itself is small, but other than those two things it was great!

Total Body: 50/50 with Ashley
Ashely’s class is fun and heart pumping. Took 3 classes with her now and every time feels sore in the right places! Highly recommend!

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
