CLUBHEAT DANCE with Kat
So much fun! A little hard to catch on the first time...and probably if you're uncoordinated :/ but go a few times and you should get the hang of it! Loved it!
CYCLE AND BARRE with Community
Great biking portion. I'm not sure I liked the clapping, though. But, it was very high energy.

Angie gets an A+ for positive energy and enthusiasm. However the music was lacking did not match the work out. I got bored and did my own thing. tried to zone out the music. Sat in the back so I saw that everyone was confused as to when to stand or sit.
TABATA with Joshua
The class was packed with 50+ students. We were short on space and equipment.
CYCLE AND BARRE with Community
The cycling part of the class was a good workout but the sub made it really clear that she hadnt taught the class in a long time - both in her teaching and by saying so multiple times. The barre part in particular was completely haphazard. Pretty disappointing. I hope this review wont be applied to the typical instructor!

STEP & SCULPT with John
John is one of my favorite instructors! His running commentary cracks me up and helps the time pass, and while he's keeping us laughing he's giving pointers on good form. Well-appointed facility. Wish parking was easier, but it's just a matter of leaving enough time to find street parking.
