    DANCE: HIP HOP

I love walker! He is by far the most talented and advanced dancer and instructor at Uforia, no question (just look at his Instagram vs the others) But unfortunately that is also why he has some reviews stating that he is too challenging and people get frustrated. I love that his class is challenging and his choreo is more thoughtful! So it just depends what you are looking for - if you want something super basic and uninspired cheerleading moves then I would advise the others. If you want to actually improve and grow as a dancer and have fun / get in a workout while doing it then Walker is your best bet!

Love this class and Zac is great. But we happened to do a floor / abs round and it was actually too difficult, which I normally wouldn’t say. It was piking and side piking back to back with no breaks. I don’t think it was achievable for anyone in the room

I really liked this instructor for 3 reason. 1) he actually explained how to do the floor exercises so that people wouldnt hurt themselves, 2) he had the fans on a lot during the class (this actually makes us work harder bc we dont feel like we are going to pass out! Please keep the fans on!), 3) he was motivating but not cheesy. Thank you!

One of the best classes I've been to at Burn. The instructor realized I was new(er) when I was having trouble setting up my station before class. He helped me get set up and gave me general guidance on what to expect. He was also very clear throughout class and gave several hands-on or verbal adjustments that helped with my posture. Only note is for the studio - the mats were super slick like the cleaning solution was making the mats more slippery than normal. I'll wear grippy socks next time but hope this gets resolved!

This is a very challenging class for a newbie on the machine, but Pamela did a great job orienting me and correcting my posture. The 45 minutes passed in a blink. Its the prefect workout if youre entering a bikini contest since you can really feel the toning of all those right places, more than any Pilates class Ive ever taken. BUT Id only go again if I was training for said bikini contest, because the muscle pain for days after was too much.

I enjoyed my first visit here! Katrina was a great teacher; she made sure all students were using the springboards correctly while maintaining proper form. She was very conscious of new student throughout the the night, checking in with the receptionist to make sure she knew whether there would be new students, to meet us, introduce us to the springboards, and check in with us throughout class. She was somewhat motivating, though not overtly so or pushy. I would definitely go again and bring a friend!

Great, challenging workout as usual. I’ve been to other locations and a big pro of this location is the easy parking (garage nearby) and plethora of stores nearby if you want to kill two birds w one stone. However, I felt the people at the front desk were not very friendly or welcoming. They didn’t bother explaining where the lockers/changing rooms were, even after I let them know I was new to the location.

PEAK - Chest, Triceps, Core & Cardio

It was a great class! Triceps are definitely my Achilles heel so I struggled a bit (a lot) but I felt accomplished after (that endorphin rush!). I have to thank the instructor wholly for that. She was very encouraging and energetic. She also didn’t make me feel bad that I obviously couldn’t make it through some of the exercises and offered modifications (my triceps thank you for that) so I could still complete the circuit without giving up completely. I’ll probably feel like dying again if/when I take a tricep class here again but as they say no pain no gain! It was a great atmosphere and I would highly encourage everyone to take a class at this awesome studio!

Great class. Definitely a great workout. Instructor has a lot of energy to keep you going. I would not recommend this for people new to exercise. Great instructor!!I loved her music and the workout overall, it was perfect (challenging, amazing music, fun). The only comments I have are that I wish the weight section was more comprehensive to cover the entire upper body (ie. it was focused on biceps and shoulders, we didn't really do much for triceps and other areas). Also, the class start time was actually 5:45pm, even though classpass said 5:30pm which left me confused at the beginning. Otherwise, this instructor was one of my favorites if not my favorite I have had at this studio!

This is why I don’t like classpass’s review system. I don’t like having to leave a review to move on after each class. There was a misunderstanding about the class and Hans wasn’t there. There was a spin class about to start, however, and people were invited to take that class with the promise that this class would be refunded. The spin instructor handed the situation well, kept her cool, and led a fun class.

I've really come to appreciate Keri's intermediate class - she will transform you into an aerial badass. Class mostly focuses on foundational work such as single knee hangs, meat hooks and planches. Tricks seem to come second which is fine in my opinion. Without correct form you have nothing right? Keri's teaching style is more direct but don't let that intimidate you - she wants to ensure you're doing it correctly and you'll thank her later for it.

    GIT FIT

This is one of those classes that sneaks up on you. You start off stretching, then introducing moves that start to work your muscles and in no time youre dripping sweat in a circuit. Nicole is a fantastic instructor, always helping to adjust your form and go over exercises a few times. Very helpful. As someone who does a lot of circuit, this is definitely an advanced class. The exercises within stations move very fast and if youre not familiar with equipment or exercises, it can be tough to keep up. Overall an amazing workout though!

Megaformer M3S - All Levels Class

It is true. When I started these classes 10 months ago I was doing Mega Donkey Kicks with one yellow. I'm sure a small child could handle this. For me it was difficult but doable. I didn't even feel any shame that people could see my light spring. I am just deceptively unfit what can I say. Andrea negotiated up to one red. Fine one red but that was really hard. She once praised me for moving slowly, but I explained that it was because it was so heavy I couldn't move faster if I tried. One red was literally all my might. I have since caught up to her one red two yellow instruction and the great thing is she remembers all this history!

Great class!!! I workout quite a bit and found this class to be tough bc it’s about catering to individual strengths. The instructor gave individual changes and corrections to each person and catered to what you wanted to strengthen. Had a great time

Really fun class - Andrea is motivating and keeps a good pace with a variety of exercises. Its not a major sweat (the room was actually a bit cold), but there are lots of chances to up the difficulty and keep your muscles shaking. It was a welcoming experience. (I didnt care but, the equipment is a bit old if youre a germaphobe.)

Challenging workout but coach Vinh is great! He really helps you motivate while making sure you have the right form. These are def workouts I wouldn’t otherwise do on my own. Even if I did, I may have an incorrect form. Will def be going back!
