    This studio, class and teacher are amazing! I knew Charlie from his Barry Bootcamp days and he has definitely growled even stronger as a teacher! The studio is very clean especially when you walk into the actual room. The treadmills are all touchscreen and are easy to adjust speed and incline. They are state of the art treadmills and will soon become hooked! Loved the organized individual platform that each client has. It already has various weight sizes underneath so you don’t have to waste time running to find your weights. Also towels are given out to wipe off your sweat. Charlie’s teaching pumps you up! He motivates you a walks around the room to make sure everyone can see what the exercise is. It’s also helpful that the studio has huge screens so you can see Charlie from there as well in case if he’s in a blind spot. His music selection is lit=the best!

    Yoyo is a fantastic instructor. Super challenging class, moves I’ve done less often or different variations that made them more challenging. She was very encouraging throughout the class though. She pushed but was also accepting and encouraged you to find your own challenge point. Allison was great at explaining the exercises and kept an eye out on everyone’s form (as well as mopped up sweat!).     Definitely recommend. Peter is a newer teacher, and some of his songs were very on point (syncopation between the song rhythms and the exercises/tempo). Other songs were a little bit less polished. His arm workouts were particularly tough. Overall definitely enjoyable and a great workout.

    Not sure if it was due to being my first Barry’s of the year, but this class was HARD! The uphill running treadmill circuit killed me, and the dumbbell exercises were super difficult. Instructor recommended 15 lb on the lighter end, but I feel I should’ve gone for 12 lb. at times the instructor was hard to spot when she was demonstrating floor work because she tended to move around and sometimes I couldn’t see her well

    Jamie is always pushing me to my limits and I so appreciate that. (I hit my shakes in the first ten minutes tonight! -bonus challenge?) But she does it in a way that you feel good about. She helps me push myself but is also so accepting of myself or anyone in class takes a modification. This truly is your space and your time. I always leave feeling good about myself. Parking is free in the lot out front. Very well kept machines. Very full, not a single open machine.

    It's a different type of class. Instructor was great. You do minute intervals on your mat, mostly core. It's the type of class for a wide variety of people and fitness levels. If you're a fitness freak, you may think this class is easy, but it's still challenging. He turns off the music to explain the exercise quickly and then turns on the music, and you do an exercise for a minute. Then same thing. Music off, new exercise explanation, 1 min exercise, etc etc
