The instructor made it easy for students with different leveling like beginners and level 2s. The only feedback I have is that I felt there could have been more assistance and critiquing per individual. For example, I noticed they would just look at you in the mirror and repeat the move versus going up to the individual and letting them know. Overall good class and would do again!!

There was a good variety of different strength workouts (with a mix of a few cardio). I’d say the workout itself is about 30 to 40 minutes. The music mix was poppin and just the right volume level. TVs remind you what exercise you are doing. Going around to the stations in groups of 3 also made it feel more manageable. They quickly breakdown each workout in the beginning and show you the movements so you know what to do, and the screens help you remember which station and workout to move to next. Angelo took the time to come up to me and help fix my form for a couple of the exercises which was very helpful. It’s definitely not an easy workout, so if you’re looking to bump up the intensity, I would definitely recommend!
