see all reviewsWOW WOW WOW. This instructor is insane. Easily the best training class I’ve ever taken at Rumble bc this guy knows how to program this class format. Every single Rumble coach should be required to take a training class with Floods before they’re allowed to teach bc he actually does it right. Comprehensive, challenging, engaging, communicative, detailed, thorough and leaves you toasted! Please have him on the night Training schedule at the UES more. He deserves it.

see all reviewsTry it!!!! Great facilities (with complementary towels/showers/etc) and Amber was a great coach. The workout itself was hard as expected but very scalable. I would say it’s best to have a bit of experience with strength training as they don’t really go into detail on all the form cues, but overall I really enjoyed the class. I also lost something in the studio, but the front desk was super proactive and contacted me when they found it. Highly recommend!

For folks who don’t like running on a treadmill for 45 minutes it might not be great, but even then, the focused effort on changing tempo, speed durations, and hills is so essential to my marathon training. Anyone prepping for a race, idc if it’s a 5k or an ultra, should consider these classes!

They start the class with a very intentional 3-minute dynamic workout designed to prep exactly the muscles you’ll use later in the workout, then pause briefly for a thorough explainer of every circuit. The strength exercises are strategically designed for anyone, beginner or bodybuilder, so you can add weight, incline further, or progressively overload. It’s such a friendly environment (dogs welcome at both locations!!) and the focus on weight lifting is chef’s kiss.

Facility is great — they have towels, water, lockers and even some refresh products and snacks for after… but more importantly did I mention towels and water? 🥵 You will sweat! see all reviewsThe meat of Daniella’s class was really, really great. I would prefer a much shorter intro before class and no debrief after class. I found the intro to be repetitive and intense (I don’t need to hear a sample scream and I think she could demonstrate the concepts while teaching in the actual class instead of teaching techniques before getting started. In a yoga class poses are taught in real time not at the beginning to prep, and I’d like to see that approach here as I see in other meditation and breath work classes). The intro took at least 4x too long and unfortunately the debrief after class took me from being relaxed to being a bit more stressed again hearing about her love of breath work and listening to others’ experiences and debating with myself whether or not to share about my (truly wonderful) experience. Overall I highly recommend but I think there is room for improvement <3
