SweatShed: Iron Assets
see all reviewsI’m a trainer, and I found this class a really good check up for anyone on kettlebell form. Was worried it could be too introductory - and it was def not. Challenging in a good way - def more strength than cardio.

see all reviewsI like the 38th street location wayy better than 54th st. The bathrooms, lockers and sauna are modern and super clean. I went at 11am on Thursday and it was empty. I used the studio on the 3rd floor to do my warm up + yoga. And then hit the machines for strength and cardio. Staff was very nice and helpful. This might just be my new go-to.

see all reviewsFoxy just opened a new studio room, with 5 poles! The poles are all 45 mm, I believe, which are smaller in diameter than the poles in the other rooms. I am really impressed and I think it will be much easier to get into classes here because they can accommodate more girls now. Also I love schwanda - she is one of the best instructors here

see all reviewsI thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

see all reviewsBeautiful studio. Great instructor. Even though it’s a foundation class, you definitely need some exercise background & upper body strength to properly use the air silks & really get the form of the movements correctly. The air flow is slower pace & more yoga like poses....hopefully owner will double class pass points to 10-12/class to keep studio open to class pass students, since it’s a fun place.
