Beginner Pole I **PREREQUISITE: MINIMUM 2 INTRO CLASSES**

I love Yeireline’s classes! She fits so much in, is really detailed with her instructions, plans creative warm ups to match what we’re working on, gives us LOTS of practice time, and she often repeats elements so if you keep going back you get more chances to practice & get stronger. Definitely my favorite pole instructor so far & the class I’ve been able to commit to the most ❤️

    Aerial Yoga Level 1 Basics

As a plus size person, this class was a little tough but not because of my size. You have to let go and jump. I felt fully confident that the rigging could take my weight and was so excited to be able to fully participate in the class. Aileen was a great instructor and kept checking in on me and gave me adjustments. I will def be back to get stronger!

    Beginner Hammock

Absolutely loved this class. I’m a beginner to hammock and the instructor was able to help myself and every student with personalized instruction as to how to complete all the moves. The small class size and friendly “you can do it” vibe are essential for me to learn and they really delivered on that. Will definitely be coming back!!

    Aerial Yoga Fusion (Advanced)

I always leave Christopher's antigravity classes like a flying rockstar. He not only helps you discover your physical strength and hone your skills, but brings out an inner strength it can sometimes be hard to tap into. I couldn't stop smiling the rest of the night, and can't wait for my next class!!
