How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early, but not 10mins after their scheduled time. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

Truly bizarre mash up of classes - could not get into a dance flow or hip hop flow, very erratic and not fun. Made worse by a teacher who was surprisingly physically awkward with the movement.

Unique class and vibe! Very crowded with lots of regulars who seemed to know every step already. But was still welcoming for a newbie. I’d plan to arrive early if you want to see the instructor

Was a little small but i liked that. machines were clean and people were in their zone. I got a great workout and sweat so much with no judgement. It was amazing.

I’d say it’s a great class, but it was too advanced for me at the beginner level.
The Ride with Nathalie
The instructor gives vague directions (e.g., “how much power can you give?”, “add a gear”) and only rarely mentions RPM targets. She rarely was on the bike during the workout. The facility, however, is nice and there are plenty of bikes.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
