    Amazing hard workout! My quads were crying my the end. Great mix of plyo, heavy lift, conditioning and strength. Really friendly folks in class, lot of camaraderie and focus on getting in a killer workout. Instructor had great energy and good cues. Would definitely come back. Prob not great for beginners as we just got right into it, but as a former college athlete, this felt like home. :)

    Vinyasa Yoga with Sophie was excellent. This was my first time taking a class with Sophie. It was one of the best Vinyasa classes I have taken. Sophie created a welcoming and relaxed vibe. The flow proceeds very well from easy and light to more challenging with longer holds and harder poses. I really enjoyed it and felt that it was a good workout and also very relaxing. Highly recommend. Also a great value.

    THIS PLACE WAS FIRE. Sketchy area but once you find it amazing. The trainers are the real deal. He trained us hard & corrected my form to really emphasize glute growth. The weights are HEAVY but trainer pushes you and everybody else does too. Not only is the trainer ripped but everyone that has been consistent is ripped too. Everyone here looks elite, as if training for the Olympics. It’s an amazing feeling and vibe. Like 🦍🦍🦍 vibe. In ensuring you workout hard and your best. Wow. I also loved how they have barbell & I personally never used one before so I learned how to use it for glutes.

    I've been taking Shanice's class for a few times now and i always leave in a more energized and happy mood. I'm new to Zumba and personally struggle with cardio workouts but this is a fun class where i know I'm getting my cardio while dancing to great music. The gym has lockers with own combination locks and showers. Front desk staff are kind too. Sometimes the class is really full and it feels cramped but this shows how popular this class is.
