Rowhouse 34th St. has the best staff, facilities, instructors and good vibes you will find anywhere in the city. Try it just once if you haven’t- it’s also the most phenomenal cardio and head to toe workout so it’s a thrill to be able to do it again!

Something went glitchy with my account today so I had to sign up through ClassPass, but it was well well worth it and I get to leave this review to show you all how worth it it is too. see all reviewsWhat a great class. Garrett is a great instructor, personable and offers hands on help with form and technique. Very motivating and an overall good workout. I never thought Id get this much from rowing but he mixes it up well bw rowing, weights and other exercises. Highly recommend his class if you want to get a good cardio workout in.
