I can feel the care and intention that is put into this class every time I've attended. My practice deepens each time I'm here, and I'm really grateful for it. This time around while I did have to take breaks I felt like I kept up a little better than the first time. Which makes me feel like I’ve been getting stronger. I did like that we were told it’s okay not to get it right, keep up and to take breaks as needed so overall I felt comfortable in this class and will probably return again at some point to see if I can make even more progress.
