About this studio

We believe in fitness as a lifestyle. We coach you through functional movements that you can use in and out of the gym. We offer something for everyone, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Superset (Strength Training), Women’s Strength, Strength 101, and Pilates for Athletes. Every workout is designed to be challenging for any individual, while focusing on technique and safety. Our small classes allow us to assess each individual and modify for the best workout possible. Beginners will be watched carefully and experienced athletes will be given a challenging workout. All of our instructors are also personal trainers, so you will get the personal training experience in a group setting!

How to prepare

Wear appropriate clothing and footwear and bring a water bottle. Towels and mats are provided at the studio. Our 60 min HIIT classes may go outside, weather permitting. Pilates classes may be taken in socks or bare feet.

What is ClassPass?
