The instructor, Jose, was incredibly kind and supportive. He guided me throughout the entire class, giving me the attention and motivation I needed. The class was small, the space was clean, and the environment made it easy to stay focused and work closely with the instructor.     Blake is obviously really seasoned as an instructor and is comfortable directing the room. There’s always a sense of everything going off without a hitch and according to plan. We move a bit more quickly than I’m used to—even for vinyasa—but it’s still a manageable pace. Generally, class structure starts slow, then picks up a little speed with each iteration of the flow, then there’s a point where the repetition sort of locks into your muscle memory and it’s almost like we’re doing a kind of yoga choreography, hit the peak pose (which Blake demos at the beginning of class), and then winds down and caps off with a longer savasana/meditation. Accommodating and friendly vibe. I always leave with a bounce in my step!

I like the intro class as it was more repetitions and less trying to keep up with all the different move changes.
