I’ve done Y7 for years and Chris was truly the best instructor I’ve ever had. He created a safe environment where I felt empowered to explore, and zero shame about modifying in ways that felt right for my body. This is a tough fitness ethos to find, and I really enjoyed and trusted his calm and descriptive instructions. I left having had a great workout, and a clearer mind after a challenging day.

Great class, Pamela really care about form and being present, her voice is also soothing and relaxing. Loved this format as it was different than other yoga classes and also great as a stretch and reset type of class. I must say I also love that someone was using their phone and they got called out, so important to not have the energy in the room! Will be back soon and am bringing a friend! I feel like I really pushed myself in this class and was proud I made it through. I had to do modifications for some of the moves I found a more challenging (I’m still working on strengthening my core so I can hold planks longer), but that’s okay! I recommend at least trying this class, even if you’re not sure if a higher intensity class is for you.

Incredible class! Instructor was so engaged and she spent a lot of time in the beginning to help neutralize our spine for ab movements which is really helpful. Strong coaching skills, beautifully executed demos, clearly experienced and knowledgeable. Nice and roomy studio. what I didn’t love: 1. sorta barking/shouting instructions. Annie was such a patient and friendly instructor. Great engagement throughout the class and provided lots of guidance throughout the flows. Would recommend and hope to come back and see her soon!
