It was my first time partaking in this small and calm studio, and I felt immediately welcomed by Arthur and other participants whom I’ve never met. Body & brain is a safe space to pursue your development. I found the sequence to be dynamic, easy-going, and allowed me to move/tap/stretch parts of my body in different ways. Arthur pays close attention to the class for individual guidance/feedback. I would recommend for all!

What a great instructor! Scheduled incorrectly today so I was coming from another exercise class (do not recommend! Take a longer break!), but despite how active this class was, it was still relaxing. I wish I could take Katey’s classes more. Didn’t see any lotion in the locker room but I might have missed it? Otherwise, the amenities are great, class felt community oriented and the instructor asked students and was encouraging about getting a response. This class would be such a great way to get to know fellow yogis because, while it’s intense, it’s also just FUN. Maybe in the future there will be opportunity to engage with people who attend the same classes as us!

I recently started taking Y7 afters 10+ yeas of living in nyc and taking other workout classes …Rumble, Soulcycle, Barre, solidcore ….. I am so happy. I finally started taking these classes. This instructor gave three incredible flows and the music was fantastic. It’s such a great sweat that doesn’t involve hi intense fitness on your joints. I never thought I would love yoga as I enjoy a lot of cardio, such as running and biking but I absolutely love y7 how much instructor was amazing. It’s really a great way to clear your head but getting great workout. The studios fantastic. I can’t wait to take more classes.

The people make the place! Their mission of neighborhood inclusivity is just what the area needed. With multi disciplined teachers they are able to offer a diverse class schedule and cross-training expertise. Had a lovely yoga class :)

This was a really great experience! What a safe space to express in any way, it felt so freeing! The atmosphere was amazing, Sarah was amazing, and the ending with the sound bath was everything! I was surprised by how energized I felt after class! Highly recommend to everyone!

    Ripped Ride

Grace was awesome! Loved the set up - good spacing between bikes, fun lights, fans. She was very high energy and motivating. The class instructions use the bike monitors’ resistance (watts) and speed (ROM), but you could choice to ignore. Also uses small weights for arm exercises. Will definitely be back!
