How to prepare

Please let the instructor know that you have reserved a spot on Classpass when you arrive. Wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving in. You can bring your own mat or rent one from us for $1. Free mat storage is available (space permitting).

Instructor moved a bit too fast to really enjoy this class

I love this studio so I’m reluctant to give a subpar review but this class wasn’t the level 2 that was promised. The studio switched instructors before class started and the instructor led class at a level 1 level (way more instruction so less number of flows) - great for those that are looking for a beginner level but not for those that want a stronger practice. The lesson is to get to know the instructors and their styles for what works best for you and make sure to check the calendar before attending. Also, classes tend to go over time so if you have a strict sched I advise keeping an eye on the clock.

Daniela is awesome and everyone should take her class if they are up for a challenge, literally like the only class that makes me feel challenged Nd accomplished in growing in my path to be a better yogi!! shes super supportive and offers corrections in form to posses I've probably been half doing right lol
