Level 2
The class was a bit different in terms of the sequence, but really enjoyed!
Level 2
Beautiful little studio! Lots of natural light. You’ll definitely want to have some experience for level two, as there’s no one demonstrating the poses. Nick was great - he guides you through every movement, and every breath. One of those great workouts where you don’t even realize how hard you’re working until you stop to rest! Great alternating between faster and slower flows.
Level 1
Anna was a wonderful instructor and did an excellent job explaining how to get into poses correctly. She was kind and enthusiastic as well!
Open
Very enjoyable, great for beginners!
Level 2
There is a big difference between level 1 and level 2 at this studio! This class was pretty challenging.
