Ventilation system
Astoria Yoga uses a Coway Airmega 300S Air Purifier with HEPA filters in our studio space to ensure clean and safe air quality for your practice.
Extra sanitation
We provide fitness wipes to sanitize props and mats between uses and clean our sauna facilities after each use.
Limited capacity
We cap class size at 30 people to ensure enough room for everyone to practice comfortably. (20 spots for Restorative Yoga).
Contactless check-in
You can check in by providing your name to the front desk, or by scanning the class QR code upon entry.
