Ventilation system
Astoria Yoga uses a Coway Airmega 300S Air Purifier with HEPA filters in our studio space to ensure clean and safe air quality for your practice.
Extra sanitation
We provide fitness wipes to sanitize props and mats between uses and clean our sauna facilities after each use.
Limited capacity
We cap class size at 25 people to ensure enough room for everyone to practice comfortably. (20 spots for Restorative Yoga and Yoga Foundations).
Equipment policies
Mats are free on your first visit to the studio, or you can bring your own. For returning students, mat rentals are $5 per use. Monthly and annual members can store their personal mats at the studio.
