The best barre studio in the area and my favorite instructor so far! My experience couldn't be better. A lot of comments have already focused on how good the class is, so I would like to support my argument by pointing out that this is a very beautiful studio space. The floor is always clean, air always fresh, and wipes always wet.

    CLASSIC 60

I've been coming in here on and off for the last 10 years and it's still the best! however, do the floor postures still work well without the savasana in between? Love the standing series, wish we did all of the regular floor series too—could do without the planks and leg lifts and go the classic 26 postures route. Aside from that, Brooke is an excellent instructor and I think that's why this location has longevity compared to other hot yoga locations. Teachers are consistently clear and thorough with their instructions and never miss a beat. Love the additional explanation of the health benefits of each each pose!

    Level Up Pilates

This is a really good dynamic, challenging Pilates class for more experienced students. Faster paced than open level and really killer core workout - the trapeze series is so good and so killer every time. You get to move and use the reformer in ways that challenge body and mind. However there is usually at least one person in class who is inexperienced and that holds the class up. If you are a beginner, this is not the class for you. I suggest reading the description of the class before booking to ensure you are signing up for the appropriate class.

    REGGAETON

Teacher is sweet & FUN! A little intimidating to dance with the regulars/advanced people but they are welcoming :) Something helpful to know when you arrive at the address. Get there 15-20mins early to find class. —Have your ID ready for security guard on ground floor, he will take a pic of it. —Make a left after and take the elevators (in the back) to 4th floor —Go to front desk to ask which room is Piel Canela (that changes everyday) —When you get to Piel Canela desk, tell them your name and what class you registered for, they should give you card with your name and class on it. Ask them what room the class will be held at (it also changes every day). Really hope they switch to digital cards soon! —Restrooms: there are restrooms to the right of the elevator and also private restrooms & Water Bottle Refill station on the other side of the floor. — A staff member will drop in class briefly to take pics/video for their personal website, so make sure you’re comfortable with that!
