Overall, the space is beautiful and very spacious. There were times where I was a bit confused and had to look around the room to figure out what to do but overall the aesthetic was great along with the music. I will definitely be returning!!!

Better than solidcore. Better than SLT. I was shaking, but in a way where I could actually push myself rather than feeling inadequate. Loved the intimacy of the space — allowed the instructor to tailor her comments to each individual. Felt very seen, taken care of, and challenged. HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to up their Pilates game.

My only gripe with BodyRok in general is that there aren’t as many instructions on form, but Kristen was an exception. Having had rotator cuff surgery and tears in both shoulders, I really appreciated the options offered to modify each position to what works best for my body. Great class!

The machine is a combo of a chair/ reformer/ jump board. Socks are required which i don’t love as my feet are always swimming around. I appreciated overall style is more like classical pilates vs megaformer style. Studio has AC, is clean, has water fountain and cubbies.
