Carly did a great job breaking down how the pods and stations worked, demoing each exercise clearly, and explaining where to focus our effort for proper form and maximum benefit as she moved around the room. Whether intentional or not, I really appreciated that Carly paired me (a newbie) with a more experienced partner who helped me navigate the workout flow—it made a big difference. I also really valued the post-workout stretch to close out the session. Great class, great energy—I’ll definitely be back soon! Especially if the ClassPass credit amounts are lowered to be more competitive with those of the Sunnyside location.

I’ve seen so much progress even doing 1 class a week. 40 minutes exactly, the perfect combo of working out alone to lock in and having just enough eyes on you that when you don’t want to keep going, you sorta have to because it’s just a few more seconds. Major shoutout to Jorge and Tyler for being super encouraging and remembering my name even though they know I sign up for classes through class pass. Most gyms and studios resent it but they’re always so nice and welcoming. It’s clean, efficient and such a solid workout for all levels. You have a lot of freedom despite the formula.
