How to prepare

FOR POLE You should wear short shorts and a tank top. Sports Bras are recommended for protection and support. We need to have a lot of skin exposed (back of knees exposed as early as Intro to Pole), as you need to stick to the pole. Fabric will slide right off the pole, giving you no grip. FOR FABRIC & HOOP We encourage students to wear clothing that covers the backs of their knees and torso for all aerial classes, other than pole. This will help avoiding burns caused by friction with the fabric or hoop. FOR FLEXIBILITY Yoga attire.

MELT Method - RELEASE, DECOMPRESS, BALANCE with Alexandria
Self care/massage class. I felt really good when class was over. I'm definitely going to do some of the movements at home! Good instructor too. The 1030am class had four students so we each got attention (and had a lot of space!)
INTRO TO FABRIC with Neumy
Class was geared towards absolute beginners, which was just what I needed. Instructor was encouraging and emphasized technique and safety. 6 people in the class, which was nice and small, with two silks (that was fine because you got personal attention while you were on and time for breaks).
INTRO TO HOOP with Alexandria
It was my first time on the hoop but Alex is super supportive! And funny! I cant wait to take another class with her.
INVERTable - OPEN LEVEL with Isaac
Isaac is such a great instructor!
INTRO TO POLE with Pauline
Intro class was perfect for a beginner, and the instructor was great! About 12 people in the class, so you share a pole.
INTRO TO POLE with Armando
Great workout with an enthusiastic instructor.
INTRO TO POLE with Brigitte
I think I found my calling
INTRO TO POLE with Brigitte
It was ok! Have to come back!
FLEXIBILITY TRAINING - LEVEL 1 with Neumy
This class was amazing ,awesome instructor!!!!
INTRO TO FABRIC with Fran
This is a really cool experience and an exciting introduction to aerial fabrics. It was challenging physically but it isnt quite a workout class so dont expect to get your heart rate up after the warmup. At the end it felt like we were moving faster than I could handle as far as learning new skills but Fran was a good instructor and did her best to make the class productive for people at all levels of experience (I was the only brand new person).
