How to prepare

FOR POLE You should wear short shorts and a tank top. Sports Bras are recommended for protection and support. We need to have a lot of skin exposed (back of knees exposed as early as Intro to Pole), as you need to stick to the pole. Fabric will slide right off the pole, giving you no grip. FOR FABRIC & HOOP We encourage students to wear clothing that covers the backs of their knees and torso for all aerial classes, other than pole. This will help avoiding burns caused by friction with the fabric or hoop. FOR FLEXIBILITY Yoga attire.

INTRO TO POLE with Donna
Loved it!! It was so much fun and we learned a lot more than I thought we would. I can in knowing nothing about pole and I left confident with a whole little routine. Donna is funny and helpful, giving out pointers throughout class.
INTRO TO FABRIC with Tyler

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING - LEVEL 1 with Donna
Donna's Flex 1 class was excellent! She gave really great cues for active stretches which helped me relax and find a deeper range in a number of positions. She draws from a strong yoga and dance background and there were a few things she had us do that I had not encountered in another Flex class which I found particularly effective. She listened to the class and tailored it to the interests of those there, and also important - created a fun vibe while maintaining a challenging class for different levels.
INTRO TO FABRIC with Tyler
This class was so much fun. I really loved learning a new apparatus and I think Tyler was a great teacher. He is enthusiastic and patient with first timers like me.
