How to prepare

FOR POLE You should wear short shorts and a tank top. Sports Bras are recommended for protection and support. We need to have a lot of skin exposed (back of knees exposed as early as Intro to Pole), as you need to stick to the pole. Fabric will slide right off the pole, giving you no grip. FOR FABRIC & HOOP We encourage students to wear clothing that covers the backs of their knees and torso for all aerial classes, other than pole. This will help avoiding burns caused by friction with the fabric or hoop. FOR FLEXIBILITY Yoga attire.

INTRO TO POLE with Sam
Sam and Alex were so great... cant wait to pole dance again!
INTRO TO FABRIC with Fran
Fran was subbing today and I really enjoyed her class. She was very thorough and gave instruction that was easy to follow. I feel like she helped build my base skills for fabric in a way that will really stick with me. :)
FLEXIBILITY TRAINING - LEVEL 1 with Lara
Great teacher but she said she was a sub. Definitely not an easy class but a great workout for strength and flexibility. If youre not considered flexible or were not previously were a dancer/gymnast this class would be challenging.
INTRO TO FABRIC with Megan
Absolutely loved it!! Im hooked
INTRO TO POLE with Roz
Ive taken several intro to poles and this is the first class where I felt like enough time was spent learning crucial moves. Good usher playlist lol
INTRO TO HOOP with Alexandria
Too hard if you have no arm strength but it was fun and the instructor was helpful.
INTRO TO POLE with Sam
very beginner friendly
INTRO TO POLE with Sam
The class was awesome. I was suprised to have a male teacher but Sam is wonderful!! Energetic, attentive, kind- really gives his all and knows what he's talking about. Broke down everything to keep it from being intimidating. Can't to take his class again.
CoreAerial - OPEN LEVEL with Stella
