Beginner Lyra with Kristin
Kristin is one of the best instructor to start Lyra with!
Beginner / Advance Beginner Trapeze with Kristin
Challenging for a beginner class, as well as a big range of skills. Two of the students had clearly been doing trapeze for a while, the other student was completely new. Im glad to have a background in aerial because its the only thing that allowed me to keep up it would have been very challenging otherwise. That said, I enjoyed class. I would not recommend for beginners though
Beginner / Advance Beginner Straps with Matt

All Level Straps with Jan

Beginner Lyra with Kristin
Great class with an even better trainer! The Lyra is pretty hard, but it's a new, fun thing to try.
