very challenging
Beginner Silks with Kristin
Loved the sport and the teacher. Kristin gave great corrections and was patient and friendly. The other students were also supportive and collaborative.
Stretch & Flexibility with Josh
good stretches. To be clear, this is a low intensity class really just meant for deep stretching.
Stretch & Flexibility with Aimee
Very accessible to beginners!
Beginner Trapeze with Jason
This is a tough class but the instructor was super nice since I was a beginner.
All Level Aerial Conditioning with Jack
Jack was super nice and helpful but I do not recommend this class for absolute beginners. Amazing atmosphere though!
Stretch & Flexibility with Aimee
Gentle yet allowing to see where to make progress. Aimee is super nice and very hands-on.

Aimee is amazing!!!
Beginner / Advance Beginner Straps with Matt
Teacher was lovely. But be in decent shape before you go, I think.
