Beginner Hammock with Josh
Great instructor and appropriate for beginners
Beginner Silks with Kate
This was fun! It requires upper body strength
Handstands with Topher
I felt this class ignored some important safety concerns. It’s likely beginners will fall, but mats were moved away. It was encouraged to spot other classmates by putting a knee on the back of their neck, which can be dangerous. Bad form, such as hyperextending the shoulders, should have been highly discouraged and it wasn’t. Instructor was very positive and upbeat, but I won’t be returning for those reasons.
Beginner / Advance Beginner Trapeze with Kristin

instructor was very friendly and nice -- she'd talk you through all the movements, and help you get into the various positions.
