Beginner Silks with Elizabeth
Loved this class! I had never done anything aerial before, but everyone was so welcoming and encouraging. Even though it was my first class, I still got to do several cool moves. And I suspect my arms will be just the right amount of sore tomorrow.
Beginner Silks with Hannah
Hannah is amazing as usual!! I love how she pushes us to try our best.
Stretch & Flexibility with Aimee
Aimee is great!!!
Beginner Trapeze with Jason
So much fun! A killer on the hands, but definitely a great assessment of your strength. Will def be back!
Beginner Trapeze with Jason
This was fun!! Not like the swinging you imagine from film/tv. You warm up and then learn how to get on + a couple poses on the apparatus. As some other reviews have said its not much of a workout because there are 6-7 people in the class and youre taking turns on two trapezes. Its more technique. That said, it DOES require strength and it will challenge you when youre up there. I prefer silks because its more of a workout too but Im very glad I went to this. Creatively fulfilling.
All Level Straps with Jan
