    Candlelit Power Vinyasa

This class was everything. Candlelit Power Vinyasa with Geraldine is the perfect balance of strength, soul, and flow. From the moment you step into the cozy, candle-lit studio, the energy is just magnetic. Geraldine brings such a beautiful presence—warm, playful, and grounded in wisdom. The sequence was innovative and fun, pushing me in the best way while keeping things fluid and accessible. I loved how thoughtfully each movement built on the next—nothing felt random or rushed. Her guidance throughout was crystal clear, encouraging, and sprinkled with just the right amount of challenge and inspiration. And let’s talk about that playlist—🔥🔥🔥. It carried the flow like a heartbeat, lifting the room and syncing perfectly with every transition. It honestly made the class feel like a moving meditation and a dance party for the soul. This was more than just a yoga class—it was an experience. A powerful, well-rounded journey that left me feeling energized, open, and deeply connected. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Geraldine!

    Stretch & Restore

Good teacher! We did some stretches in the first 10 minutes and the rest of the class were restorative poses (used Bolster, Blocks and Blankets to help us get into the poses even more). Each pose were probably held about 10-15 minutes. This class is held on the 5th floor (you can take the elevator) with big windows and a lot of sunlight with 1 restroom. If you need to refill your water or go to another restroom, you can go to the 2nd floor where the other yoga classes are held.

Lovely, inviting space and a very thorough class! My body feels sore in places that haven’t been sore before so that’s a win. Sunee was very kind and experienced. I do wish that hands-on adjustments were given but that’s not a deal breaker for me.

    Meditative Yin Yoga

Took the yin class with Kai. Entered the class anxious and left feeling free and fulfilled. Kai brings such a positive and upbeat energy and guides you through his self reflective questions and if you allow it to sink in, it helps you dig into your pose and your headspace. Thanks to a judgement free safe space Kai creates I could feel my cynical mind lift and laugh at his jokes and easing off my tension through the poses and mind. The space is a bit small but there is a glass ceiling on top and it’s beautiful to stare at the sky. The music was a bit jarring sometimes but Kai did mention that something happend for this class. All in all really enjoyed this experience

I just took a class with Austin and I’m still floating in bliss. His teaching is deeply rooted in the Jivamukti lineage, and he offered one of the most beautifully balanced classes I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we stepped onto the mat, Austin skillfully wove together yoga philosophy, breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and asana with such intention and depth. Each element felt purposeful and authentic, this is true traditional yoga. The sequencing was intelligent and energizing, yet grounding. The spiritual teachings he shared resonated on a soul level and brought a layer of richness that’s often missing in modern classes. I left feeling physically aligned, mentally clear, and spiritually uplifted. This wasn’t just a yoga class, it was a transformative experience. Austin is the real deal, and I am 100% coming back. If you’re seeking yoga that honors its roots and offers a complete, holistic practice, do not miss his class.

    Beginner Ballet for Adults

Mackenzie and her class were truly such a joy. I have no experience with ballet or dance in general and found this class and took it off of a whim. She was incredible at balancing my skill level with those of the rest of the class, keeping the pace set where both I could learn and the others would not feel like it was too basic. There was so much intention behind everything she does while she teaches. Her instruction along with her comforting and approachable demeanor help made learning extremely easy. I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone considering learning something new or brushing up on ballet that wants to have fun. I came in unsure what to expect, and left realizing how much fun I had.

I’ve been going to brii’s class for a year now and they’re a staple in my yoga routine! definitely a more challenging class but it has helped me improve drastically as a yogi. She has a keen way of sensing when you are able to give a little more and pushes you to be your best. Always fun dance like sequences, and new variations/poses incorporated every week. I recommend this class to everyone who wants to grow in their practice!
