see all reviewsDaisy is amazing! She reminds me of a Barry’s instructor where she’s super motivating, hyped, and plans really challenging workouts that push me to sweat beyond belief. Her directions are clear and she counts you in for your next run type or strength exercise. Music is good though I wish she continued to play more hip hop because she teases you with a little and switches over to EDM and I’m like naurrrrr haha (minor detail but it’s so hard to find an instructor who plays good hip hop/trap music in these types of classes). Anyways, HIGHLY recommend Daisy!

see all reviewsOne of the best Barry’s classes I’ve taken! They welcome first timers with open arms and do a great job of demonstrating floor exercises. I’m not a runner and it was refreshing to not feel pressured to run fast! I love this studio location and the locker room is so clean and well organized. They have hair ties, deodorants, Ouai products, towels for showering and working out, theraguns, Dyson hairdryer and a smoothie bar you can order from that’ll be ready post class!

see all reviewsThis is my favorite Barry’s class I’ve ever been to!! Taylor’s music was SO good and motivating and gave such clear instruction. I usually do Ride x Lift, so this was my first Run x Lift which I was initially intimidated by, but she led the class so gracefully and offered perfect guidance. Definitely coming back!!

see all reviewsI go to a Barry’s class once every few months because I’m not a runner at all. This is the first time the running part felt accessible to me because of how many options she gave. There was no pushing yourself to go beyond your limits, and she even said something about how everyone’s body is different. I might actually start going regularly to her class. I definitely also recommend if you’re new to Barry’s or exercise in general because there are so many options! Can’t believe it took me this long to take her Alycia’s class!
