see all reviewsI’ve never had anything less than a 5-star workout here - Taylor’s class was challenging and pushed me to my limits for sure. 🔥 However, the vibe was muuuuch different than any classes or events I’ve ever attended with the studio. I arrived a few minutes early and it was just Taylor and I in the studio for a bit. She did not look at, acknowledge, or speak to me the entire time which I found really odd? Even when walking by me. If it was my first time there I’d be so put off to the experience. I debated reviewing because I absolutely adore this studio and all their staff, but felt like they should know. Again - if I was a newbie I probably wouldn’t come back based on my experience with Taylor.

I’m pretty experienced when it comes to workouts and this was a good challenge. This is not to discourage anyone who is new to fitness. There are definitely modifications you can do. I’ve done Orange Theory in the past but the workout here was more challenging. Definitely will be attending again!

I wish she could have done a little more in terms of instructing on proper form (note: I always wish that at every Barry’s class from the instructor) but besides that—it’s an awesome class. Karolina’s continuous encouragement and motivation will have you reaching new heights-inclines, surpassing your previous high level 3 speed and maintaining these new achievements for the entire duration of each interval!! The 1.5-2 minute recovery time between each interval are scheduled at just the right time!! Time to recover & welcome the next challenge, w/the will & confidence to increase your speed slightly each time!
