see all reviewsLoved Chika! Had a better second time experience. Chika asked us if we had any focus point preference. Arms/ glute/ full body. Which I appreciated. Modifications were offered to feel a bit more spice! As well to take it more easy. The class was lovely overall and I will take her again. I feel that I got my moneys worth compared to last time. I still feel that it was a waste of $30 and I wish I could get my money back. I’ll still come back and try an instructor that Chika recommended! Which was also nice of her.

see all reviewsDarryl is amazing ! Very clear instructions, lots of modifications and great attitude. The class was very challenging (in a good way) for a beginner like me, I was sweating buckets and felt like my heart would pop out 😅 my husband who is at an intermediate level and took the class with me said it was a great workout. I would definitely go back.

see all reviewsHonestly, I have no idea how to "review" this class because this was top tier. This feels like REAL mat Pilates. Terri was amazing, her transitions were smooth and really challenging. This class has probably the most exercises I've ever seen in a mat class but EVERY SINGLE EXERCISE JUST MAKES SENSE! From head to toe, every muscle was worked! For an open level class, I will say you do have to watch Terri to catch the rhythm of the movement but she is working out with you and helping you make the adjustments. This will be my spot 1-2 times per week. (fire emoji, fire emoji)

see all reviewsReally enjoyed the class, the instructor had great verbal cues and the studio is really cute. It’s quite crammed however, there’s only about 4-5 inches of space between the mats and I got kicked in the head pretty hard during downward dog 😂 maybe reducing # of attendees wouldn’t hurt so there’s a bit more space
