see all reviewsGreat workout. The large reformers are harder for my small build, i prefer the smaller ones but still a good workout. I just wished we could see the instructor better if you’re along the edges but I understand that’s the only layout of the reformers that would work.

I’m experienced in reformer but not used to jump board classes and I really loved it! Will definitely be incorporating this into my routine.

Her cues were clear especially when it came to where to place your legs on the carriage which I feel is so important yet some instructors are not that specific about it. She gave great modifications. Overall had a great workout without over-exerting myself.
