see all reviewsPrior to attending the class I was nervous that I would not be able to keep up and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a challenging class but the instructor also provided modifications to make it easier or more difficult depending on your fitness level which I really liked. I enjoyed that it was more slow and controlled movements versus a HIIT workout. It being the next day and I am sore! I will definitely be back to try out other classes they have to offer.

She was patient and helpful and never made me feel called out, even though she helped me often with micro-adjustments.
