see all reviewsHonestly this is my favorite class at Bodyrok! It’s the only megaformer class I can find in NYC to incorporate the jump board, which I really takes the workout up a notch. My only gripe with BodyRok in general is that there aren’t as many instructions on form, but Kristen was an exception. Having had rotator cuff surgery and tears in both shoulders, I really appreciated the options offered to modify each position to what works best for my body. Great class!

If you are new, I would definitely recommend getting to the class early to have them show you how to use the machine before class. The class was definitely difficult - I’d love to try it again now that I understand the machine/flow of class more. #classpassinsider

Separately: An etiquette note to everyone who comes to SLT when sick: please cover your mouth when you’re coughing. It was super unpleasant to be next to someone who lacked the manners to consider her neighbors and the entire room.

see all reviewsThis class was challenging but more beginner friendly than some of the other Bodyrok classes. Still plenty of ways to make it harder though!!! Natalie was a great instructor, super nice and did a great job explaining the positions and offering modifications. Great class!
