    The instructor was really good about demo-ing in the center of the class which made it easy to follow. The instructor made it easy for students with different leveling like beginners and level 2s. The only feedback I have is that I felt there could have been more assistance and critiquing per individual. For example, I noticed they would just look at you in the mirror and repeat the move versus going up to the individual and letting them know. Overall good class and would do again!!

There was a good variety of different strength workouts (with a mix of a few cardio). I’d say the workout itself is about 30 to 40 minutes.
