About this class

Our unique 50 minute +Pilates Class is designed to bring high energy, inspiring music, and unique choreography together to create a dynamic and athletic pilates ONLY workout. Our +Pilates classes are designed for both men and women with an athletic approach. This class involves high repetition and weight integration to keep your blood pumping, sweat pouring, and muscles burning. This is a non-stop high energy ryde. Expect to get your heart rate up and drenched in sweat! All levels are welcome.

How to prepare

If you've never been to PureRyde before, please make an account online before class by going to http://purerydebethesda.zingfit.com/reserve/index.cfm?action=Account.new. You do not need to sign up for class in your account - you are already reserved. Students that arrive late will NOT be permitted into class.

How to get there

FREE Convenient parking directly in front of their studio in the Bradley Shopping Center Parking Lot. Students that arrive late will NOT be permitted into class.

What is ClassPass?
