How to get there

PLEASE NOTE: Past Tense kindly asks that you arrive 10 minutes early for your first class. If you arrive later than 5 minutes before class starts, we cannot guarantee your spot. Past Tense does lock the door as soon as class begins and latecomers are not admitted so as to not disturb the other students.

Great class! Not as intense as other Pilates classes that Ive been to, but I felt like he instructor knew what she was doing and I got a great workout!

Slow and not very challenging. Music and instructor were pretty zen and not motivating.

First time doing mat Pilates in a studio! It was good, the instructor knew what she was doing. She was helpful to me as a beginner, but also kept the pace swift and gave options to make the moves easier/more challenging.
