About this studio

The Bar Method’s signature technique is the fastest and most efficient way to reshape the entire body. The Bar Method is great for you, if you’re looking to have a graceful, strong, dancer-like body, including sculpted arms, flat abs, a lifted seat and elongated thighs, as well as improved posture and body alignment. Precise isometric exercises keep students working “in the muscle,” followed by active and passive stretching to lengthen and elongate the body. The fast pace of the class spikes the heart rate at different intervals to burn calories long after class. Students see remarkable results within just a few weeks and leave our classes feeling empowered to be their best selves. New clients that are pregnant can begin our method prior to the 16th week with a doctor's note.

How to prepare

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to complete new client paperwork and orientation. For safety, first time students may only enter class 5 minutes late. If you cannot make it into class by the 5 minute mark, you need to reschedule your class. Please wear socks that cover your entire foot (no toeless), pants to your knees or longer (no shorts). Only water is allowed in class. Please no gum, leave cell phone in lockers. This is a group class setting with 1:1 coaching by instructors who will adjust your body and call you by name.

Thanks for the feedback! It takes time to get into the details of The Bar Method, but thats what makes it so transformative. Our method targets hard to reach back, seat and thigh muscles. After 10+classes new clients get deeper into the flow of class and make more of those mind-muscle connections. We'd love to have you back in for another class soon!

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
