About this studio

The Bar Method® is a fun, effective, challenging total body workout that incorporates interval training, core strength and stretching and recruits hard to reach muscles that play the greatest role in body change (seat, back and thighs). Class starts with a warm-up, free-weight exercises and push-ups and then moves on to intense, isometric leg work at the bar, followed by abdominal work at the bar and on mats. Every exercise includes active stretching to elongate the targeted muscles. The results are beautiful, healthy bodies with longer leaner muscles, better posture, increased core strength, and an improved mindset. Students leave our classes feeling empowered to be their best selves.

How to prepare

1. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to complete new client paperwork and orientation. 2. For safety, first time students may not enter class late. If you arrive after class has started you will have to wait for the next class. 3. Please wear socks that cover your entire foot and workout pants to your knees or longer (no shorts). 4. Only non-breakable water containers allowed and no gum or cell phones. 5. This is a group class setting with 1:1 coaching by instructors who will adjust your body and call you by name.

It was my first class with Lauren and it was great. All of the instructors are not only gorgeous but so welcoming, motivating, and pays attention to make sure you're doing the moves correctly. I definitely recommend this studio.

Bean is the worst instructor so far. She doesnt care about you. And does not spend time to greet you before class even if you are first time student. She doesnt care if you have injuries. Very bossy in class. Avoid her!
