Extended Ride with Chris
Love Chriss class! The music & the energy is through the roof! One suggestion, the people in the class are sweaty, and have damp, moist, sticky hands. Instructors, please dont ask us to high-five other people it is so unpleasant to touch someones elses clammy hands. Thanks!
City Ride with Lia
Lia absolutely rocked it - loved the energy
Major Lazer & Friends with Lia
I came for Major Lazer & friends but it was rescheduled and I wasnt even mad about it! It was my first City Cycle class so I may be in the honeymoon phase, but everyone there made you feel welcome. Its intimidating to go into a studio for the first time and everyone at City Cycle went above and beyond (showed you around, walked you into the studio, helped you with your bike settings, made sure youre ready for start of class). Lia killed that class. She was an awesome instructor. I absolutely will be back. Hands down my favorite class Ive ever taken! Thank you City Cycle!
Love Yourself <3 with Katie
Great music and instructor was motivating but not cheesy. They could give better orientation/guidance to first timers though- I was just kind of thrown in without instructions.
City Ride with Lyndsay
City cycle is my favorite spin studio in Seattle but Lyndsays class wasnt great. She was enthusiastic but her choreography was sub par. I would suggest going to another instructor!
City Ride with Katie
Personal preference here. The teacher was great - positive, high energy, personable. As a newbie, I was taken through check in, patiently helped with shoes and bike settings. It's a clean space, well organized for getting shoes, etc. However and this is a big one -This style of cycling is not for me. Blaring music (I brought ear plugs and they do have them available), and there are neon flashing...disco lights!! in an almost fully darkened room. There was "choreography", meaning some arm work while on the bike....reminds me of Pure Barre's style but on a bike.
City Ride with Lyndsay
lyndsay is super inspirational. this class was hard!
City Ride with Lyndsay
Music was way too loud, instructor yelling above it was almost unbearable. Definitely not as hard as other classes.
City Ride with Lauren
friendly customer service, good music and enthusiastic instructor. sooooo good
City Ride with Lauren
Such a good class!! She really matched the ride with the music which I loved- made it really easy to keep up and follow the choreograph.
