A couple small suggestions to improve -- first, try to match the movements to the music a bit more, it really helps us to stay aligned & present. Second, my heart didn't really beat harder during the cardio song, so maybe crank that up a bit. Overall I had a lovely class and don't doubt at all that Jessica will be a very successful instructor!

Not for beginners though- I come to shred at least once or twice a week and it’s always a thorough full body workout. The only thing studio 3 could do better is a little more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Their water filter has the red light indicating the filter has to be changed and it’s been like that for like a year lol, and also the studios and locker room could use a deeper clean.

As a beginner in dancing, I’ve taken classes at other studios where I don’t get to practice the moves that many times before jumping onto the next sets. That made it really hard for me to follow through the class. I’m so glad I tried out this new format Samantha taught. It made it so easy to follow and build up muscle memory that I totally remembered all the moves at the end of the class!
