    I’ve been to this studio a couple of times now and have found that every teacher is wonderful and supportive and have had an excellent experience every time. I have been rehabbing injuries from different sports and have found that these barre classes are perfect for working on fundamentals of joint movement that help build strength and functional ability. I have bad back and hip issues from child birth and Hannah provides clear guidance on each movement, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and confident throughout the workout. She was attentive to form and offered helpful adjustments, making it accessible for all levels. The class was challenging but energizing, with a great balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance.     I really enjoy this instructor; she is not only beautiful but also very attentive and corrects your movements. However, the atmosphere in the studio is not good. There are three personal training sessions and two group classes happening simultaneously in the same space, which makes it very noisy and difficult to focus. It’s hard to tell whether your instructor is speaking or if it's someone else nearby. That said, this is one of the few Pilates studios in the area, so I hope they can find ways to improve the environment in the future.

    Great first full instruction, Jessica!! I enjoyed the class. A couple small suggestions to improve -- first, try to match the movements to the music a bit more, it really helps us to stay aligned & present. Second, my heart didn't really beat harder during the cardio song, so maybe crank that up a bit. Overall I had a lovely class and don't doubt at all that Jessica will be a very successful instructor!

    Tara is such a great instructor, and has the best music! Excellent cueing and she is so positive and energetic. Not for beginners though- I come to shred at least once or twice a week and it’s always a thorough full body workout. The only thing studio 3 could do better is a little more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Their water filter has the red light indicating the filter has to be changed and it’s been like that for like a year lol, and also the studios and locker room could use a deeper clean.

There was a woman next to me (her first time) and she said she came to “watch” but she danced too , it’s impossible to sit still in his class.
