    This class really pushes your limits. If you’re looking to burn muscles you never knew you had then this is the class for you. The instructor Annabel was amazing, she takes the effort to remember your name and encourage you through out the whole workout. She’s also very attentive and pays attention to every person in class, she will go around and make sure everyone’s form is correct. I was having a bad day and her friendly attitude made me feel a whole lot better. The reception girls are also so friendly and helpful. 10/10 experience.

    Out of all the bar studios in the area, this is my preferred one. The vibe is very welcoming and you can tell the people who go here know and like each other. It’s a tough workout, but the room isn’t pitch black or with music so loud it could be a nightclub (those are not my favorite experiences). People of all ages go here. Everyone is kind, and it also feels more laid-back than other studios I’ve been to, which I like. The staff puts away the weights and props for you, which I am usually happy to do on my own, but it does make it feel like that extra touch elevated experience. Showers available and plenty of bathroom space. Street parking is available and I’ve never had an issue finding parking. They don’t require you to purchase special socks from them, you can wear your own.

    Was my first cycle class and I was a little nervous but Autumn was really helpful setting my cycle up and made me feel welcome. I liked the music and had fun. Exceeded my expectations. Cycle room was hard to find so make sure you show up early. The front desk helped give me directions. Bring a lock for the lockers.

    Marianne is a great teacher. She brings a lot of expertise and experience dealing with postures to relieve pain and pressure. Her class has benefited me almost as much as my chiropractor. She's great at taking us through postures in a flow-like manner while coming around to help us adjust the poses which she does with our consent. I love it when Prince(her dog) comes to say hello at the end of every class. One of the best restorative yoga classes I have been to.

    Fantastic class. It’s a traditional Pilates on a machine so if you are used to Lagree or Solidcore you may find it “easier” at first but do not worry, it will kick you b^tt in all new way. Great experience to focus on different muscles and work on combining breathing and movement. Katie is an incredible teacher - I took her classes elsewhere and always have a great workout and overall experience (and pain after lol). Little studio hidden around Factoria mall area. Just do not stop in one of the hun food places or bakery afterwards.
