It’s a traditional Pilates on a machine so if you are used to Lagree or Solidcore you may find it “easier” at first but do not worry, it will kick you b^tt in all new way. Great experience to focus on different muscles and work on combining breathing and movement. Katie is an incredible teacher - I took her classes elsewhere and always have a great workout and overall experience (and pain after lol). Little studio hidden around Factoria mall area. Just do not stop in one of the hun food places or bakery afterwards.
