    Range (Mobility)

I love the new class format! yoga that really works on end ranges. I've taken it twice, once was very gentle and yin like and there 2nd time it was more challenging and yang like. I liked both.

    YINYASA

I’ve taken a handful of Dryp classes just because it’s close to me and yinyasa with kelly is by far my favorite. Good variety of flows with some interesting poses + she always offers adjustments and adaptations. You can tell she pays attention to the energy of the class.

    Praxis HIIT: Total Body

This was such a good class! Stephanie was energetic and easy to follow which made the workout pass by quickly. Only complaint I have is that there was no mirror in front of my mat so I couldn’t see my form while doing the exercises.

    In-Studio Hatha & Vinyasa

Such a roomy, inviting studio! Great from reception to class. very accommodating to varying levels of practice. Blocks, blankets, bolts encouraged and directed/shown more advanced progressions along the way. Have been without a practice for a few years and this return has reignited such invigorating desire for deeper practice. Will return once I am off intro membership, for sure!

Absolutely amazing. I’ve been here for about 4 months and have tried numerous classes, trying to find something as HOT and INTENSE as back home. It was sooooo hard , but Helen really cares. She circles class making sure you’re getting the best out of yourself. This will become routine for me.

    Classic Pilates Reformer Flow (Intermediate/Advanced)

Fantastic class. It’s a traditional Pilates on a machine so if you are used to Lagree or Solidcore you may find it “easier” at first but do not worry, it will kick you b^tt in all new way. Great experience to focus on different muscles and work on combining breathing and movement. Katie is an incredible teacher - I took her classes elsewhere and always have a great workout and overall experience (and pain after lol). Little studio hidden around Factoria mall area. Just do not stop in one of the hun food places or bakery afterwards.
