About this studio

SWEAT is an upscale boutique fitness studio delivering high intensity training workouts in group fitness classes, bringing energy, motivation, and a contagious culture of community to your fitness journey! Our workouts are designed with intent, each day focused on different muscles groups using different formats and equipment. Energetic trainers use heavy strength training, low-impact movements, and intense cardio bursts to have you dripping sweat in no time! Our large studios offer full service locker rooms w/ Digilock Lockers, towel service, and a full smoothie bar with healthy food, water and snacks.

How to prepare

Bring your sneakers, clothes that can handle a LOT of sweat, and an upbeat attitude ready to conquer today's challenging workout!

How to get there

Classes require minimal set-up, please arrive 5 minutes (10 minutes if you are new) early. Your trainer will tell you what you need and where to go. Our classes cap out fast, your spot may be given away if you don't arrive five minutes before the start time to those waiting to get in. Please notify the studio if you are running late by calling your studio directly. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the start of class, entrance will be prohibited. Remember there is a 12 hour late cancel policy!

I worked up a sweat & it was a great workout no doubt... however, the exercises in the various circuits were grouped inappropriately (hard with harder) and (easy with easier). Additionally, there are 5, 9 minute circuits with only 2 switch ups in motion - it does get redundant and make you start looking to the clock especially if you are struggling with a particular exercise.
