SWEAT is an upscale boutique fitness studio delivering high intensity training workouts in group fitness classes, bringing energy, motivation, and a contagious culture of community to your fitness journey! Our workouts are designed with intent, each day focused on different muscles groups using different formats and equipment. Energetic trainers use heavy strength training, low-impact movements, and intense cardio bursts to have you dripping sweat in no time! Our large studios offer full service locker rooms w/ Digilock Lockers, towel service, and a full smoothie bar with healthy food, water and snacks.

How to prepare

Bring your sneakers, clothes that can handle a LOT of sweat, and an upbeat attitude ready to conquer today's challenging workout! Coming to Total Recovery (Sundays at 1pm)? Wear comfortable clothes and get ready to zen out! Bring your sneakers, just in case. Mats are provided.

How to get there

Classes require minimal set-up, please arrive 5 minutes (10 minutes if you are new) early. Your trainer will tell you what you need and where to go. Our classes cap out fast, your spot may be given away if you don't arrive five minutes before the start time to those waiting to get in. Please notify the studio if you are running late by calling your studio directly. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the start of class, entrance will be prohibited. Remember there is a 12 hour late cancel policy!

Hard class but you walk out feeling great!

Victoria is an amazing instructor! She took the time to explain each exercise and was so attentive to me since it was my first class. Shes super motivating and it was a great workout. It was a circuit type workout and its a little hard to remember each move but they also have all the moves on tv monitors. Will definitely keep coming back!

Usually a good workout but all the running around between sets exchanging dumbbells and some sets being amrap and some not makes for chaos. And not enough of a fatigue for the muscle group. And wasted time. Sweat usually makes me sweat, but not this time.

Tough full body workout. I don't like that the workout isn't a full hour (takes 10 minutes to explain the exercises) but otherwise a great class.

Class was high intensity and quick interval training. need to know the technique and correct form for each of the workouts in order for it to be efficient. Great workout!
