Ritual Hot Yoga
see all reviewsHot yoga & hip hop? An all-inclusive studio so I don’t have to worry about lugging a mat, towels and water with me? I’m SOLD! The class is definitely more advanced/challenging so I wouldn’t recommend for beginners, but I loved it! Can’t wait to come back!

see all reviewsBreagh is the best!! She keeps it challenging without just throwing in as many poses as possible and without making it so fast you can’t breath in the poses. She also makes some time for play which is my favorite.

see all reviewsI’ve never felt anything but safe and welcomed at any of the YogaSix locations; I think it’s one of the best studios in Chicago. Emma had an amazing vibe and was extremely open towards all levels of practitioners. I liked the set sequence that you could make as easy or as challenging as you wanted; there were plenty of modifications for all. There was a bit of flowing on your own but plenty of guidance. I appreciate that she did not single out anyone in the class or give too much individual correcting as we had some beginners and could have made them feel uncomfortable. Heat was perfect and great playlist as well!

see all reviewsThe studio is small and intimate and the class was accessible to all levels, but with a strong focus on alignment and technique lots of thoughtful adjustments. Ive been to 2 classes at Hilltop and both times found that they have you hold poses longer than Im used to, which made it feel surprisingly challenging despite the poses themselves being relatively basic. Im pregnant and Hilaire was very comfortable offering me modifications and recommendations without seeming anxious or changing the focus of the class (as has happened to me at other studios).

see all reviewsI have never done aerial fitness and this was so much fun. There was only a little bit of aerial/cardio and it definitely had my heart pumping. I wish that this section was a little longer. The other portion of class was more stretching and small movements which I also enjoyed especially since I was a little stiff. As someone who doesn’t enjoy yoga, this was a nice alternative.

see all reviewsNot the typical vinyasa flow style class Im used to like at CP. Lots of stretching and then a series of challenging poseswith lots of hands on assists and super encouraging guidance. Perhaps because it was an open level class, the poses seemed totally independent without any connecting movement between them, but I didnt really mind that. Expect to try (and do) things you didnt know you could. Loved it

see all reviewsI’ve been transitioning back into the gym setting and I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but ended up absolutely loving this class! Kaleb was approachable, communicative and provided a great workout for those inexperienced and those who perform at a higher level. It was great to get in front of a bag and have someone correct my technique and approach in such positive manner. Would def recommend to anyone / everyone and will def be making my way back here again!
