see all reviewsYou can tell this instructor is super knowledgeable. She brought in a lot of personality while still commanding the room. The workout is just hard enough to keep you interested but doesn’t leave you wrecked. Only downside is the equipment at this location is quite beat up and the bands are really stretched out.

see all reviewsA little too fast paced and the workout routine felt more like a choreographed dance so if you are not exactly a graceful dancer, you will feel a little lost...I didnt like how quickly it moved bc most of the time, I felt like I was playing catch up. The instructor is doing the class so she is not going to correct your form...having said that, the vibe WAS welcoming and you dont feel singled out despite being a newcomer..The heat is just the right temperature and you certainly will have an adrenaline rush and work out body parts you didnt know you could stretch. I would give ot another try and hope I pick up the moves..

see all reviewsThis slow flow class was PERFECT, each position we took a few breaths in and moved at a pace that was engaging and relaxing. Some poses were thrown in with more challenging variations, a great mix to feel warm and strong. The instructor Lauren gave pointers for posture and body placement that helped me get the most out of each pose. The music was a nice addition without being distracting. It was a cold morning outside (40 F) but the studio was very comfortable without being too hot.
