Erika was encouraging! She incorporates a lot of hills in the running portions. I wish she had demonstrated floor exercises on each side of room. Awesome playlist !!!

I love these shred workouts! Always a good sweat and mix of cardio and weights. Only complaint, It was hard to hear this instructor throughout class.

Lighting was so dark I didn’t feel secure where I was stepping so I couldn’t really do the moves full out. Couldn’t see the buttons on the treadmill either. This is not typical for these classes though, just an off day.

too many moves/short reps even for an interval class - routine seemed sporadic and not very thoughtful/focused. i find the shred classes to be very hit or miss heren

What is ClassPass?
