Jen is a great instructor; her timing is always on point and makes sure that everyone is motivated.

Love this studio and this class usually but the instructor was really difficult to hear and understand, and moved a little too quickly through floor exercises without enough time to transition.

I didnt love that a large portion of the floor was all band work- I wish there was a different option that was offered instead of almost every workout being band focused. Otherwise I enjoyed the class.

What is ClassPass?
