Sarah was a perfect instructor! Tough class but I’d do it again!

The class ended more than 2 minutes early and the class itself was only 45 min long— usually instructors push you to the very end

Great energy and music - but I was somewhat disappointed with this instructor after reading great reviews. His instructions were very unclear and I had a tough time following what we were supposed to do - especially on the treadmill. Everyone else seemed like they were following along fine though, so maybe Im just rusty on this style.

Loved the class! Only feedback would be that while they let us set our own pace, wish they had pushed us more at the beginning to set a high warm up pace that forms the basis for the rest.

Jeremy was a great instructor but the music today was EXTREMELY loud. Ive been to many Shred classes over the past 6 years, and this class was one of the loudest. Id love to take another one of his classes, but hope the music is at a more appropriate level.

Great class!! The treadmill work wasnt as intense as Im used to at Shred but I actually liked it better because it saved some energy for the floor work. I really loved this class & instructor. Very motivating.

What is ClassPass?
