Love/Hate Relationships with Cheyne
I liked the variety in this class and felt challenged to pick up my speed while running. During the floor exercises it was sometimes difficult to understand what exercise we were supposed to be doingthe instructor was walking around the class and I never knew where to look to watch his demonstrations of the exercises.

The instructor was AMAZING. Incredible energy and great studio.
Butt & Legs with Kelly
I liked the cardio pace of this class. I didnt find the floor exercises to be as butt and legs focused as previous classes at other locations. But at the end of the day, I was sore and dripping in sweat leaving class. Will repeat Shred415 classes and recommend to others!
