About this studio

Tone, sculpt, shake and sweat through 50 minutes on their state of the art Megaformer machines that will tap into muscles you’ve never used before.

How to prepare

Grip socks are not required but strongly encouraged! If you do not own a pair we do sell them at the studio. We have towels on hand and bring your own water bottle for the drinking fountain. I If you are new make sure you give yourself plenty of time to find parking and be in the studio 10 minutes prior to class start time. If you know you can no longer make class please make sure to cancel yourself out so that your space can be opened up to another client.

How to get there

All new students must arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time. If we do not have time to show you the machine you will not be allowed in class for you own safety and to not disrupt the class. (please note that even if you believe you have been on the Megaformer before if you are new the 10 minute rule applies as some machines are different and we need to be able to check in with you. We are a small studio and do not always have desk staff). All other students must show up by class start time or your machine may be given away.

What is ClassPass?
