Great engaging and small course. Instructor was great and very engaged with teaching the students. Small session size so a lot of personal engagement. Highly recommend.

    MMA - Beginners

Instructor and mates were encouraging and supportive to a new comer which made it a lot more enticing to try it. Now I did join what is said to be “Live” matches which will have you tired of unfamiliar with this sport but a great workout nonetheless! Will definitely be continuing and returning soon. But for new and curious people I’d recommend giving the class a go.

Good class! The space is a little tough to get to, but if you figure out parking, it ends up being a cool class space on the river. The classes are more intimate, and they have a good focus on body weight exercises tied with agility (since this program is meant to help build strength for MMA). Good instructor, attentive, and overall well timed!

First time trying self-defense. Instructor was patient and walked me through the routine step-by-step. Be prepared to get out of your comfort zone if you’re not familiar with grappling. I will be back!

The class was so much fun! I really felt the burn. Ziad had great energy and took the time to really teach me since it was my first time. I enjoyed and will be back!
