Love the transitions and the challenges to make the moves even harder. All body parts are fatigued after this class!

This class was a great way to work out different muscle groups while keeping it low impact on your joints. Mitchell was very knowledgeable and gave great instructions and modifications to ensure proper form with each movement. I would recommend and will be back again!

I’m hesitant to tell everyone how much I love this class and Amber because I’m afraid I won’t get into the class. These classes are hard but rewarding.

Love his transitions, they are super challenging. Always a fantastic workout.

I didn’t like this class with Marie as much. I just didn’t feel challenged, but I still absolutely love this place and will come back over and over.

Studio Lagree classes

How to prepare

NEW CLIENTS must check in at the studio 15 minutes before the class to allow time for equipment overview. You will not be allowed to take class if arriving late. Please wear grip socks if you have them - otherwise they sell grip socks at the studio. Grip socks are required for class. Please arrive 15 minutes before class - your spot will be given away to a waitlist member if you do not arrive/check in on time!

What is ClassPass?
