How to prepare

NEW CLIENTS must check in at the studio 15 minutes before the class to allow time for equipment overview. You will not be allowed to take class if arriving late. Please wear grip socks if you have them - otherwise they sell grip socks at the studio. Grip socks are required for class. Please arrive 15 minutes before class - your spot will be given away to a waitlist member if you do not arrive/check in on time!

This was my first reformer class in about 3 years and I was a little intimidated to be back, but Colleen made me feel very comfortable. The class was the perfect balance of fun and challenging, I really enjoyed it. :) Thank you, Colleen!

The studio, the facilities and the workout itself is fantastic. You feel challenged and motivated. However, while Chelsea did take a good workout, she wasnt as attentive when people struggled or quick to help out with adjustments or forms. It was only my third class and was used to instructors being a little more helpful regarding form, easier modifications and platform adjustments, etc.

The workout was good but it got really hot in the class and everyone was sweating. The main reason I like this workout is because you dont sweat so you can go to work right after

Ive done Pilates before with reformers but Lagree takes it to the next level. Erin is my favorite instructor- she pushes you but doesnt force you. I get the best workout with great energy!
