AIR® Foundation (beg/int aerial fitness)
see all reviewsFun different class You do a lot of the usual workout moves (squats, planks, leg and booty work, but using the silks for either support or resistance. I didnt love the inverted moves (inverted crunches) but was something different to do.

see all reviewsSarah was great! She offered modifications and challenges, which was awesome since I’ve taken several aerial classes but haven’t been in 1.5 years. She seemed to know everyone’s names and was very welcoming and friendly.

see all reviewsI have never done aerial fitness and this was so much fun. There was only a little bit of aerial/cardio and it definitely had my heart pumping. I wish that this section was a little longer. The other portion of class was more stretching and small movements which I also enjoyed especially since I was a little stiff. As someone who doesn’t enjoy yoga, this was a nice alternative.
