    Pilates Reformer Beginner

Nicole is a great instructor. Patient and pleasant. Also, her directing on what muscles to use and feel in each exercise, modifications and variations…couldn’t be better.

    Trampoline - All levels

There are people of all levels in this class and there is a max of 4 people, so everyone has ample instruction time. I have zero previous experience in gymnastics, diving, dance, etc, so I started off with the basics and progressed from there. Brian was my instructor and he clearly has years of experience teaching. He meets you where you are but also pushes you to expand your skills. Already have my next class booked!

AIR® Foundation (All Level Aerial Fitness)

My 2nd Aerial Foundation class. Domenica is an inspiration! Definitely more challenging than my first class but again, in a good way - I’ll be back! Music selection was fun, instructions were clear and it was nice to do challenge myself with something different.

    Hammock First Time Trial

I really enjoyed the class - the instructor was great and the facility is amazing! My only wish is that they made it clear that they do NOT permit drop in classes aside from an initial trial. This is extremely misleading and defeats the purpose of Classpass IMO.

AIR® Flow (all levels - aerial yoga)

This was my first aerial class ever and I absolutely loved it!! The flow class was perfect for anyone looking for a deep stretch and a more relaxing vibe. The instructor, Amy, was incredibly sweet and extremely helpful throughout class if you needed assistance. Will definitely be back soon!
