    BYOBaby BARRE

Great class! It was my first class postpartum and I loved having my baby there while also being able to modify moves as needed. The class was a mix of wearing the baby in a carrier and having the baby on the yoga mat.

    Barre 50

It was my first time at SALT and it didn’t disappoint! Definitely one of the better barre classes I’ve taken. It was pretty challenging, there were things I had to tap out of but Lauren did a good job of offering modifications most of the time. Gorgeous space too. This studio is a little out of my way but the trek was so worth it. I’ll be back!

Natalia is a wonderful teacher. Clear, motivating, supportive instructions with modifications for whoever needed them. Music was perfect- calm but with a nice beat. Room temp was comfortable- not blazing hot like most other yoga spots anymore. The studio has been recently renovated too: bright, pretty with plants and much cleaner than before. I will be back :)

Kat is a great instructor. She gives you specific scenarios to visualize to help you nail the proper form for each move. Overall the class was a bit easy but that is my own issue since I need to learn which springs on the machine will create more resistance and make the moves more challenging.

    Barre

This class kicked my butt but i was able to keep up. Kinda wanted to quit 15 minutes before the end, and come back another time, but i powered through. The upbeat dance music and especially Nikki’s energizing persona helped me get through it. I think it’s a very effective workout for toning and sculpting because every muscle in my body was put to work. There was variety in the class in age and body type but you can tell the women who were regulars looked awesome and sculpted. I swear one class made a difference in overall toning my body! (I react quickly to exercise). I definitely would like to come back and recommend the class.

    Body Blast

Best workout class I have ever taken. I have been going to Body Blast for about 6 months and it has transformed my approach to weightlifting and fitness as a whole. Alexius runs his class like a well oiled machine. He is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring everyone has proper form. The class is perfectly paced, challenging, and encouraging. The music that Alexius curates is technically perfected to each drill. If you’re looking to build strength, learn proper technique, and see physical results, this class is definitely worth it!

    Restore & Revive

This class rocked. It was a full on mobility and bone/muscle/joint education. I learned so much from Charlie about some specific pains and tight areas of my body I struggle with and left with practical home exercises to improve them. Charlie is very knowledgeable and motivated me to get working on some imbalances in my muscles and joints that we identified during the class. You get a lot more than you sign up for with this one!! Thanks Charlie!

    Cardio Dance

Great community with such body positivity and welcoming space. Just know this isn’t an intense workout, more for fun as her breaking down the moves (which is helpful!) doesn’t really allow heart rate to stay consistently high. I wish this class was offered more often and a bit amped up for better workout but still, a great mood boost!
