Woof! What a good butt kick in that heat! Jennifer has the perfect hypnotic voice to give in to being present while also guiding methodically to flow / sweat. I had a knee issue so I appreciated the modifications while also pushing us. First time back at Zen in probably 4 years and this studio has really commercialized in an amazing way!

Good workout. Katie said our bodies would shake and quiver. They did. She said our abs would be sore the next day. They were. I wish it was easier to see the instructors moves instead of being dependent on other attendees to perform the moves, but great class. Would go back!

I was unsure about SALT as someone who went to many Dailey method classes. I assumed they would be the same, but theyre not. SALT is much harder and faster-paced than Dailey classes were. Sometimes too fast and not enough explanation for beginners but overall I was impressed with this class. Julia was awesome

Melissa is super friendly and a fantastic instructor! I really like that she tells you how many more counts you need to hold a move for, and her cues are very clear. The studio space is clean and spacious. The music wasn’t too loud either. The class also had a little bit of yoga and the cardio portion was similar to zumba dance moves. Lots of variety, challenging, and fun!

Very much a technique driven class. I thought it would be more like Zumba where you're doing fast paced Latin dances and working up a good sweat. It's more about counts and steps and the perfect way to do a turn. Nothing wrong with that, just know what you're signing up for.

Fun class and Jessica had a ton of energy! This is definitely on the more difficult end as far as choreography goes. That makes it way more interesting, but harder to follow in the beginning. Id recommend it for people who have taken a couple dance classes before and are ready for the next step after Zumba/werq. It was a great workout and Ill definitely be back!

Fun class. I'd say it's perfect for beginning athletes who are new to circuit training and intermediate level athletes who want some variety. I went to the 2pm class and was the only person there so I got a private session! Even though it was just me the class was still one of the best workouts I have ever done and definitely the hardest class. He adjusted the springs for me so I felt way more challenged than I would normally challenge myself. Checked in to make sure I was doing ok and everything. My entire body was shaking by the end of class. 10000/10
