Slow Flow with Supportive Touch with Hanna
great class to relax and get a good stretch on
Morning Practice with Kathryn
Kathryn has a very focused approach to leading practice, with clear concise descriptions of poses and modifications. I took the 6:30 AM class and left feeling calm, yet invigorated and ready for the day.
Essentials with Ellen
Very welcoming and wonderful class!
Essentials with Kathryn
this was a great way to get back into yoga after about 9 months out of practice. thank you
Gentle with Rebecca
Gentle transitions, but not easy. Great instructor. Very crowded.
All Levels with Jaime
Partner work required multiple times throughout the class. I am confident I am not alone in feeling that a mandatory exercise in which a stranger kneels in front of your crotch interferes with the meditative value of a yoga class. There was not an opt out option.
Deepening with Kathryn
Kathryn has a soothing voice and great cues. Intermediate class that provides a good stretch.
Deepening with Kathryn
Kathryn was great. She gave very clear directions and led the class at a great pace, focusing on alignment without forcing it.
Essentials with Ellen
Best studio in Seattle.
Essentials with Kathryn
Instructor confused right/left throughout class. Which I imagine is a hard part of teaching but is important. It was distracting from the flow.
