Riot Cycle - Hip Hop and Heavy Hills with Jordan
Class was great, super hard and fun workout but it was my first time at this studio and the instructor didn’t bother to show me how to use cycle shoes and adjust the bike . Didn’t tell me where lockers were and overall just felt really awkward and had to ask other people what to do . I’ve cycled many times before so not too big of deal but wouldn’t suggest this studio for beginners as no attention was given to me

Good atmosphere class. better if you have some experience and know how to modify for yourself
Cycle/Strength 60 with Cheryl
I loved this class! The cycle + strength combo is a super effective workout and the instructor made the exercises accessible with clear demonstrations and tips. The space was really intimidating to me at first (it’s a CrossFit gym) but the staff was welcoming which quickly eased my fears. A true “good for all levels” workout.

Great instructor and challenging class. Nice balance and the hour flew by!
Cycle/Strength 60 with Jordan
I haven’t done an early morning workout in a while and tweaked my back on the very first rep of the very first exercise. The trainer noticed right away and came to assist me. The tweak wasn’t bad enough to halt me from all the exercises, but enough that the trainer modified a few of the exercises for me. Gyms that pay attention to detail and care for the patrons are hard to come by. I appreciate Riot Athletics and will return because if this.

So good. Great class and a lot of fun. Kicked my butt.

Jordan was great - really easy to follow his directions about speed, resistance, etc to make sure you have a challenging workout without holding back too much or totally exhausting yourself early on.
