It was hard total body workout. I felt like we didnt get a proper warm up and wasnt shown any modifications for any of the exercises - as a first timer (and a class that is marketed as all fitness levels) that would have been appreciated. Overall a great workout though! Ill prob try another class again!

Great workout. I loved most of the moves. There were a few I felt were not meant for a 6ft tall person as Im sitting sideways on the platform with my feet on it that forces me to have a hunched back. Carly is a bit of a drill sergeant and will make sure you are on form and listening with your ears in case you didnt hear her repeat herself several times. Not super congratulating as we worked through the movements which is what I rely on when my body is begging to give in!! Otherwise I would give 5 stars since the place is usually well kept, great music / atmosphere and only 40 minute of pure intensity!!
