Functional Strength
Excellent community. Very friendly and welcoming the minute you step into the class. People introduce themselves, motivate you, such a pleasant oddity in the PNW. Ally is great, and really helps you with form.

Power 30
Ally is AWESOME! This class was super fun - you go through circuits of different exercises with Ally showing you each one and checking your form throughout. I felt so encouraged and powerful with her motivation! I loved it and will absolutely return!
