About this studio

FIT36 is an intense 36 minute workout that can burn more calories than your current workout, while you tone and build muscle throughout your entire body – without the risk of injury you see with so many of the other group fitness classes. FIT36 employs High Intensity Interval Training along with unique equipment, motivating coaches and calorie blasting, muscle-toning, 36 minute circuits. A FIT36 workout will challenge your mind and body with every session!

Great class! Kelly had a good variety of exercises set up that were challenging, but could be modified if necessary. She’s very good at encouraging you to challenge yourself and giving gentle form corrections where necessary.

This was my first time doing HIT in a studio, and it was amazing! The staff was so warm and welcoming, and made sure I wasn’t intimidated by the workout. I decided to use the heart rate monitor, and I got a little tutorial on how it works. I got introduced to the instructor Maggie, who was very friendly and upbeat. She demonstrated all the stations wonderfully, made sure to mention any modifications, and came around during each station to make sure I and others were getting the most out of it. Overall, amazing full body workout. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for more of these kinds of classes.

I really didn’t like the format of this class. The traditional kind (12 stations that we go through twice) is much better. We had 4 pods and had to do 10 reps of each, and record how many rounds we did on notecards, which was distracting and ruined the workout.

Kelly is great. Exercises are always multi-modal and interesting - not same old standing bicep curls like some gyms.

What is ClassPass?
