Divine Movement classes

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing as you would wear to a yoga or pilates class. Classes are done in barefeet. Please bring shorts for upper level classes.

How to get there

We are in the corner of the Totem Square Mall, entrance is between Savvy Salon and Kirkland Sports cards. Late arrivals are not permitted to class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 5-10 minutes early!

Amazing class with Shelly! This was my first time taking a Pole class and I had so much fun! Loved the atmosphere and I felt comfortable and left feeling sexier and more confident! Will definitely be taking more pole classes here!

Sasha’s voice reminds me of poetry reading, it was soothing and beautiful. I didn’t feel like the class was for beginner even though it’s 101 drop in. She didn’t spend enough day with the people taking their first class. I would recommend it if you already have experience and don’t need a lot of hands on instruction.
